I'm trying to finish some StreetPass games (Monster Manor, Slot Car Rivals) and 10 coins per day max isn't cutting it. It's way too much effort to manipulate the date and shake my 3ds all day long.
It's been years since the 3DS came out, can't you please increase this to 1000 steps = 50 coins?
Come on! I've been a great 3DS owner/game purchaser.

I did, you still have to shake it for an equivalent of 1000 steps to earn 10 coins max per day.
I would appreciate it if 1000 steps would give 50 coins. Then, you'd be earning them 5 times faster.

You gripe about coins. Someone tells you how to earn more by changing the date. Then you whine about having to shake the thing. You would have to to that anyway, whether you had to change the date or not. Stop being lazy and shake the dang 3ds....or actually go out and walk to earn your coins. "Too much effort " hahaha. A few taps of the stylus is indeed grueling and taxing on the body.

if they do that (which they won't), they should keep the same rate at least. so you can get 50 coins by doing 5000 steps.

Even if the system gets banned, it is only the system, not the NNID, and it takes 5 minutes or less to remove the ban. Meanwhile it gives you access to applications you can just open to instantly have 300 coins, and a bunch of other QoL functions, like being able to dim the backlight lower than the 1 setting drops it to, which is great for midnight gaming.
