My account got permabanned for "malicious use of 3rd-party programs"?

PokemonYoutube 23 minutes ago#1 I just tried to log in and got a notification that my account has been permanently suspended. I rushed to my inbox and discovered an e-mail stating that I have been banned for "the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client". I have no clue what this is about. I have done none of those things. For fuck's sake, I spent over 3000 bucks on this game, why the hell would I ever do anything to compromise my account? I'm going to take this up with Riot Support immediately, but what are the odds of me actually getting my account back? Zero, I presume? quote

Bot of legends, elobuddy, etc will get you permabanned varying from a week or a few months, but riot stepped up their anticheat and all scripters will be banned.  Did you let someone else play on your account? Maybe for a boost? They could have been scripting. In my time playing, I've never seen riot make a mistake when it comes to perm bans but, its not impossible i suppose. Post your op.gg. Yikes. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for their anti cheat to pick up the info and send out bans. This is definitely what happened. Whoever was on your acc used a program like this. You need to make a ticket explaining this situation. Riot should be able to look at the IP address and maybe resolve this. I hope they will straighten it out for you. I just tried to log in to play a few games of League of Legends, and much to my surprise and absolute horror, I came to the discovery that my account was permanently suspended for some reason. I rushed to my e-mail inbox and found an e-mail about use of malicious 3rd party programs or modification of my client. I did none of those things. I haven't used any third-party programs and I haven't modified my client in any way. I have no clue what the reason behind my suspension is. Is there any way Riot Support can narrow it down for me? Explain to me exactly what it is that got me suspended? Because I honestly have no idea what could have possibly caused this. I've been playing this game for almost a year and a half now, and I've enjoyed it a lot. I spent well over €3000 on it, buying every single champion and skin available in the store. I put so much money into this account. Why would I ever do anything to try and compromise that? I really hope there is a way for me to get my account back somehow. I beg you. I don't know what this is all about, but it is absolutely crushing me. I'll be sure to bring that whole thing up once they send me a reply with hopefully some more information on what caused the suspension. quote
