Still need to beat Plague Man's campaign.
And speaking of remixes, beat the Dedede Tour mode in Triple Deluxe tonight. Was a fun remix of the main game.

lol oops, my thread got some normal traction of its own so I'll just leave it up as an actual thread :v
Edit: I do not think for a second that Shido is the final dungeon, nothing in here feels climatic and Morgana is rank 9 still which is a good barometer of how far along you are in the game, but maybe he gets to 10 once you reach the end of mementos, still pretty sure that guy is the final palace and boss unless they pull a persona 4 for final moment face of against a god thingie.

Well duh, but if this was indeed the final dungeon then we should be able to reach the end of mementos, there being a wall suggest there is at least another one, maybe more but I do think this si the penultimate one.

War for the planet of the apes was cool, a solid close to a trilogy of movies I didn't expect to like as much as I did before seeing the first one all those years ago. Second one is still the favorite for me, I like the parallels of ape and human characters, the rift of distrust and all that.

Around Christmas quite a few of the Investigation Team gets mentioned. Yukiko's inn gets mentioned on TV, Chie gets an indirect mention on TV as being in the police academy, Naoto gets a nod by Akechi being referred to as the "second coming of the Detective Prince", there's an Adachi interview somewhere in the game and there's a poster for a movie starring Rise on train station walls and to hang in your room. Apparently going down Haru's social link can get you a room decoration that has Teddie's bear form as part of it. I think only Kanji, Yosuke and Yu (hero) don't get referenced.

Fucking loved the ending of P5 and the game overall, the only thing I think P4 has over it is that the cast is much better in 4, still I loved how the confidants were mixed in for the main storyline this time around, especially at the very end where everyone was doing their best to help you in their own way.

Not every 5 years it just depends. The Wii U came out in 6 years. The GBA came out about 10 years after the GB (depending if you want to look at the GBC as a new system). The 3DS came out 6 years after the DS. If you look at the Switch as both a Wii U and 3DS' successor then it came out after 6 years. But ultimately I would 2023 would be a safer bet before a successor comes out. If the Switch does really well it will be supported up til about 2025. Somewhat short, with it being episodic, I get it's meted out differently, it just felt so abrupt when the credits rolled. There is plenty to go back and do with objectives of course, I love the big levels. The combat hasn't clicked just yet, bunch of things front-loaded, I'm not warping up at points right, not nailing the timing for counters, fumbling on doing team strikes, and haven't messed with magic. Only done a handful of bounties and gone to the second rest area. Agreed. And they so blatantly added filler fetch quests to make you traverse the empty albeit beautiful landscape. To add insult to injury they didn't even allow the user to start multiple hunts simultaneously. That's just lazy God awful game design right there. It's too bad because there is the potential for a fun awesome game in there, but as it stands I couldn't even finish it. Such a let down.So, they're making a pair of sequels to Persona 4: Dancing All Night featuring Persona 3 and 5. That is so damn weird. Persona 3 is a dark, nihilistic game, it may not be serious all of the time, but it's way too dark for a silly rhythm game. As for Persona 5, the trailer is in Japanese of course, and it highlights just how odd the English dub of the game was. It features Joker, Ryuji, Ann and Makoto and all of their names are pronounced completely differently from the Engilsh voice over.
